Job Description

Description: You will design and implement scalable applications that meet the needs of clients and enhance the overall user experience. Your contributions will include developing new features, improving existing codebases, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our services. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively. We are particularly seeking candidates who are proficient in integrating AI tools into their daily development cycle to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java applications and microservices. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices. Writing unit and integration tests to ensure software quality. Troubleshooting and debugging issues in production and development environments. Developing and maintaining APIs for frontend and backend interactions. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Java. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design principles. Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot. Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle. Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ is a plus. Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
