About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Java Developer to join our newly established Ed-Tech venture. We are building a platform with an ambitious vision to create a personalized journey for students preparing for competitive examinations. As a Java Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of scalable IT solutions, directly contributing to the product’s evolution and long-term success.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Education: BE/BTech in Computer Science form Full Time college

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on Java development.
• Proficient in Java, with strong knowledge of its ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Must have built and deployed Microservices on AWS.
• Familiar with design and architectural patterns.
• Skilled in writing reusable Java libraries.
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java.
• Familiar with MVC, JDBC, and RESTful services.
• Experience with popular web frameworks such as Play and Spark.
• Familiarity with Java GUI frameworks such as Swing, SWT, and AWT (depending on project needs).
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable Java code.
• Experience with external and embedded databases.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for scalable applications.
• Basic knowledge of class loading mechanisms in Java.
• Ability to create database schemas aligned with business processes.
• Good understanding of JVM, its limitations, weaknesses, and optimizations.
• Experience in automated testing platforms and writing unit tests.
• Proficiency with version control tools (Git).
• Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle.
• Exposure to Continuous Integration (CI) practices and tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
