Job Description

Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using
Core Java
and
Spring Framework
Build and optimize
microservices
-based architectures for high availability and performance
Implement robust multithreading logic to support concurrent processing
Work with
MySQL
databases: writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity
Integrate with
Kafka
or other message queues for asynchronous communication (good to have)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning
Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and scalability

Required Skills:

Core Java
Strong hands-on experience (Must)
Multithreading / Concurrency
– Solid understanding and implementation experience (Must)
Spring Framework
(Spring Boot preferred) – Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices (Must)
Microservices Architecture
– Design, development, and deployment (Must)
Coding Skills
– Strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking (Must)
MySQL
– Strong SQL skills, data modeling, and optimization (Must)
