Job Description

Senior Java Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy
cloud-native applications
using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and manage
microservices
architecture across AWS / Azure / GCP.
Develop and integrate
RESTful & GraphQL APIs
with third-party systems.
Implement
secure coding practices
with OAuth2/JWT for authentication and authorization.
Work on
CI/CD pipelines
for automated deployment, testing, and monitoring.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for
infrastructure automation
using Terraform / CloudFormation.
Integrate
messaging systems
like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Pub/Sub for event-driven solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory Skills

Strong programming expertise in
Java
Hands-on experience with
Spring Boot & Microservices Architecture
Cloud Platforms:
AWS / Azure / GCP
RESTful API & GraphQL development
ORM Frameworks:
Hibernate / JPA
CI/CD tools:
Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.
Containerization:
Docker, Kubernetes

Good to Have

Experience with
cloud-native databases
(DynamoDB, Cosmos DB, Cloud SQL, Aurora, etc.)
Hands-on with
monitoring & observability tools
(Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK)
Exposure to
API Gateway
and
Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd)
