**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer with a strong background in Microservices architecture and Azure Functions. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and high-performance applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and deploy Microservices-based applications on cloud platforms.

- Develop and manage serverless applications using Azure Functions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Troubleshoot and debug production issues as needed.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

**Required Skills:**

- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.

- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with Azure Functions and other Azure cloud services.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Azure certification is a plus.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
