Perform demos/acceptance discussions ininteracting with Product owners.
Understands operational and engineeringexperience and actively works to improve experience and metrics in theownership area.

Develop a complete understanding of end-to-endtechnical architecture and dependency systems.
Drive adoption of technology standards andopinionated frameworks, and review coding, test, and automation work of teammembers.
Mentor and guide new and less-experienced teammembers.
Identify opportunities to improve an overallprocess and trim waste.
Share and seek knowledge within theirGuild/Program to drive reuse and productivity.

Requirements Requirements

Efficientin Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Angular, SQL. Knowledge onMicroservice
Understands the basic engineering principles usedin building and running mission critical software capabilities (security,customer experience, testing, reparability, simplification, service-orientedarchitecture)
Able to perform debugging and troubleshooting toanalyze core, heap, and thread dumps and remove coding errors.

Understands and implements standard branching(e.g., Git flow) and peer review practices.
Has skills in test-driven and behaviour-drivendevelopment (TDD and BDD) to build just enough code and collaborate on thedesired functionality.
Understands use cases for advanced designpatterns (e.g., service-to-worker, MVC, API gateway, intercepting filter,dependency injection, lazy loading, all from the gang of four) to implementefficient code.
Understands and implements ApplicationProgramming Interface (API) standards and cataloging to drive API/serviceadoption and commercialization.
Apply tools (e.g., Sonar) and techniques to scanand measure code quality.
Has skills to collaborate with team and businessstakeholders to estimate requirements (e.g., story pointing) and prioritizebased on business value.
