Java Backend + reactive programming

You will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, and delivery of software solutions. You will define requirements for new applications and customizations, adhering to standards, processes, and best practices. Additionally, you will participate in team prioritization discussions with Product/Business stakeholders and estimate and own delivery tasks to meet the business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Automate build, operate, and run aspects of software - Drive code/design/process trade-off discussions within the team - Report status and manage risks - Drive integration of services focusing on customer journey and experience - Perform demos/acceptance discussions with Product owners Qualifications Required: - Efficient in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Angular, SQL. Knowledge of Microservice - Understanding of basic engineering principles for building and running mission-critical software capabilities - Ability to perform debugging and troubleshooting to analyze core, heap, and thread dumps - Proficiency in standard branching (e.g., Git flow) and peer review practices - Skills in test-driven and behavior-driven development (TDD and BDD) - Understanding of advanced design patterns and efficient code implementation - Implementation of Application Programming Interface (API) standards and cataloging - Ability to scan and measure code quality using tools like Sonar - Collaboration with teams and business stakeholders to estimate requirements and prioritize based on business value - Orchestration of release workflows and pipelines for CI and CD using industry standard tools like Jenkins - Documentation and driving definition-of-done for requirements to meet both business and operational needs,
