Java Backend Developer

As a Java Backend Developer with 1 to 2 years of experience, your role will involve designing, developing, testing, and deploying backend services and APIs using Java / Spring Boot. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. Additionally, you will work with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, integrate third-party APIs, ensure secure authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features. Your key responsibilities include: - Designing, developing, testing, and deploying backend services and APIs using Java / Spring Boot. - Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. - Working with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. - Integrating third-party APIs and ensuring secure authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2). - Collaborating with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver features. - Participating in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization. - Maintaining proper documentation of code, processes, and system design. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 1 to 2 years of experience in backend development with Java. - Strong knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot framework. - Good communication skills. - Good understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture. - Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab). - Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) is a plus. It would be beneficial if you have exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), an understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and basic knowledge of frontend technologies (Angular/React) for integration.,
