Job Description

Role Overview: As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building high-performance, distributed systems. You will need to have a strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and parallel processing. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is essential. Integration of external APIs, function calling, and plugin-based architectures will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will work on performance monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack. Experience with search engines, RAG pipelines, and hybrid search strategies will be advantageous in this role.
