Java Backend Developer

Role Overview: As a Backend Developer at Saarthee, you will be responsible for developing backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. You will play a crucial role in solution design discussions, write clean and scalable code, debug live services, and contribute to system performance improvements. Your participation in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions will be essential for the team's success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS - Contribute to solution design discussions and implementation strategies - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code for scalable systems - Debug and resolve issues in live services to ensure minimal downtime - Participate in code reviews and team knowledge-sharing sessions - Suggest and implement improvements to system performance and reliability Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of backend development experience - Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS Cloud - Solid experience with distributed, high-volume systems - Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra) - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and caching technologies is desirable About Saarthee: Saarthee is a Global Strategy, Analytics, Technology, and AI consulting company that offers a holistic and tool-agnostic approach to data and analytics.
