Direct Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust and scalable applications for critical regulatory functions
Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code using Java and related technologies
Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions

Contributing Responsibilities:

Propose and implement innovative technical solutions and best practices
Lead Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps efforts
Mentor and coach team members through knowledge-sharing sessions (e.g., brown bag sessions)

Mandatory Skills:

Skill Area: Core Java

Good to Have:

Familiarity with VisualVM and other JVM profiling tools
Experience with mocking libraries for unit testing
Exposure to data protection and regulatory compliance domain
Experience in clustered application environments and load balancing
