As a Java AWS Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Chennai, your role will require you to have strong expertise in JAVA and J2EE technologies within a Cloud-based environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating expert knowledge in JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, Spring, JUnit, JSON, and REST/JSON web services. - Applying strong knowledge in Java Design Patterns. - Developing and implementing features in any Cloud platform products and technologies. - Collaborating with Agile team methodologies for application development. - Showcasing strong Object-Oriented design skills and understanding of MVC. - Utilizing Git for organizing large software projects with multiple developers through branching, tagging, and merging. Desired Skills: - Experience in Azure cloud (PaaS) with Java is a plus. - Demonstrating strong business application design skills. - Possessing excellent communications and interpersonal skills. - Exhibiting strong debugging skills. - Being highly proficient in standard Java development tools such as Eclipse, Maven, etc. - Having a keen interest in integrating security into applications from the initial design. - Proficiency in creating technical project documentation and task time estimates. - In-depth knowledge of at least one high-level programming language. - Understanding core AWS services, uses, and basic AWS architecture best practices. - Proficiency in developing, deploying, and debugging cloud-based applications using AWS. - Ability to use the AWS service APIs, AWS CLI, and SDKs to write applications. - Identifying key features of AWS services and applying the AWS shared responsibility model. - Understanding application lifecycle management and utilizing a CI/CD pipeline to deploy applications on AWS.
