Japanese speaking expert customer care manager

As an experienced Japanese speaker with excellent English speaking skills, written, and oral, you will be responsible for customer care experience and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of compliant. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting. - Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer management processes. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as business users, controllership, technology & other stakeholders for process & system enhancements. - Taking accountability and managing multiple priorities. - Participating in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives. - Working on initiatives. Qualifications required for this role include being a Japanese language expert with a Bachelor's degree and proven experience of minimum 2-5 years in a similar role with a strong understanding of customer management. You should be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office software is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
