You are an experienced Japanese speaker with excellent English speaking skills, both written and oral. You have customer care experience and a confident personality. You are proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and Word. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of complaints. - Assisting in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting. - Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer management processes. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as business users, controllership, technology & other stakeholders for process & system enhancements. - Taking accountability and managing multiple priorities. - Participating in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives. You must be a Japanese language expert with a Bachelor's degree and a proven experience of minimum 2-5 years in a similar role with a strong understanding of customer management. You should be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office software are essential.
