Japanese Language Expert – IVT (IC1/IC2) This position will be mainly responsible for performing verifications for newly onboarded suppliers as well as ensuring bank changes have been authenticated. To validate bank detail of oracle suppliers, partners by following standard operating procedures. To manage operations and quality for Global Independent Validation and a subject matter expert to resolve escalations and provide guidance on end-to-end resolution for queries received through email and phone related to Independent Validation Key Responsibilities : Identify, plan and implement multiple projects, studying ways to make improvements to one or many steps to increase productivity, reduce costs, time management and recommend solutions that align with business priorities. Supplier & Partner Onboarding and maintaining their records as per the Oracle standards and procedures. Work with suppliers to complete the bank detail authentication by following procedures. Assess and assist team members with their written / verbal communication skills. Handle escalations received over emails and calls Excellent written, verbal proficiency on Japanese language
