Position Overview

Japanese - Associate Technical Services Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for customers via email, tickets, phone, or chat in
Japanese and English
.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product, system, network, or configuration issues.
Analyze logs, perform root-cause analysis, and document technical findings.
Escalate complex issues to Senior Engineers or Development teams as needed.

Customer Communication

Communicate technical information clearly and professionally to Japanese-speaking customers.
Manage support tickets, track progress, and ensure SLAs are met.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge & Documentation

Develop a strong understanding of product architecture, features, and integrations.
Update and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting documents in Japanese and English.
Provide feedback to engineering and product teams on recurring issues and improvements.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, and Product.
Participate in training to stay updated on new releases, upgrades, and best practices.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance support quality and efficiency.
