Minimum 5+ years of IT experience with relevant experience working in Functional/Automation Testing Project.
Experience in IVR Testing , Kore.ai testing and Cyara AutomationExperience in writing DB queries preferably for OracleExperience in validating SOAP and REST based services.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team.Experience in working in Agile projectsBusiness knowledge in the Telecom domain/IVR Testing would be preferable.Expected to work in 2-11PM IST shiftExperience with ALM or any other Test Management ToolShould be able to work independently and complete the given work without much supportExperience in Agentic AI is desired skill for 1 position out of 3Cyara, IVR, SQL, API testing, POSTMAN, SOAP UI, Docker, UNIX, Kibana, Kore.ai
