Job Description

As an IVR Testing professional, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Test IVR menus, prompts, and routing logic for accuracy and user experience. - Validate DTMF inputs, speech recognition, and fallback mechanisms. - Ensure IVR works seamlessly with backend systems like CRM, ticketing, and telephony platforms. - Simulate high call volumes to check IVR performance and stability. - Document test results, identify issues, and collaborate with developers for fixes. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4-12 years of experience in IVR Testing. - Proficiency in Functional & Regression Testing. - Strong knowledge of Integration Testing. - Experience in Load & Stress Testing is a plus.
