Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of IVR coders and QA specialists.
Ensure daily/weekly/monthly coding targets are met with accuracy and productivity.
Review and audit coded charts to maintain coding quality and compliance with ICD-10, CPT, and payer guidelines.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and training for the team to improve performance.
Handle client communication and address coding or compliance queries.
Prepare and share team performance reports with management.
Drive process improvements and standardization across projects.
Participate in internal and external audits as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

✅ Experience: Minimum 8 years of total experience in Vascular and Non-Vascular IVR (Interventional Radiology) medical coding, with at least 2–3 years in a team handling / leadership role (TL or AM).

✅ Certification: Must hold a valid CPC, CCS, or CIC certification (AAPC or AHIMA).

✅ Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge in Vascular and Non-Vascular IVR coding.

✅ Quality & Compliance: Proven experience in maintaining coding accuracy, productivity, and adhering to compliance standards.

✅ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for client interaction and team coordination.

✅ Work Mode: Work from Office – Hyderabad location.

✅ Education: Graduate in Life Sciences or equivalent (preferred).
