As a Tax Senior at EY, you will play a crucial role in assisting in sub-service line and engagement management under the mentorship of team managers. You will be responsible for overseeing teams that include Tax Analysts and Advanced Analysts, with the specific team structure varying based on the engagement's size and complexity. Joining the EY Transfer Pricing Tax team will place you at the core of EY's mission to create a better working world by utilizing your knowledge, skills, and experience to support clients in achieving their business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate project management, leadership, communication, relationship building, analytical, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. - Display an advanced understanding of VAT principles and guide the team in their application. - Handle multiple engagements within the assigned practice, showcasing strong multi-tasking abilities. - Utilize various technology tools effectively, demonstrating proficiency in computer/technology usage. Skills and Attributes for Success: - Proactively seek continuous learning opportunities. - Identify learning gaps and collaborate with sub-service line leaders and local L&D to bridge those gaps. - Fulfill the role of instructor and transfer knowledge to team members as necessary. To qualify for this role, you must possess: - Master's degree (or CA/ICWA/CS Inter/Final) required. - Minimum of 4-5 years of prior Transfer Pricing experience, with exposure to Global documentation projects being preferred. - Team management experience. - Proficiency with technology tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
