Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ITSM Manager with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to confidently hold discussions with managers without getting pressurized, and a strong analytical and self-driven approach.

Roles and Responsibility

Support service continuity NFRs as part of the service onboarding process.
Manage complex project scenarios and first-level escalations.
Conduct governance checks for active services across multiple regions.
Lead IBMi/Data Centre Loss Role swaps for multiple regions.
Collaborate with PMs, IT Service Owners, and project teams to address service resilience queries.
Chair meetings to discuss NFR processes and procedures.
Understand and execute Service Resilience policies and procedures according to FIM requirements.
Adhere to the team's operating model and deliver high-quality results.
Participate in UAT testing for changes in the Scott system and propose/lead process improvement and automation ideas.
Work collaboratively with India and other regional team members.

Job Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to confidently engage in discussions with managers.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (not exceeding one week per month).
Analytical and self-driven approach.
A good team player capable of working under pressure.
Flexible enough to adapt to changing work requirements.
ITIL Foundation certified.
Prior experience in Service Resilience (Continuity) is advantageous.
Experience in large organizations with infrastructure in major global regions is beneficial.
Knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure is an added advantage.
Development experience using ServiceNow, JAVA, SQL, or REST APIs is advantageous.
