ITIL (Incident Management)

As a Senior Incident Manager at FIS, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging issues within financial services and technology. You will play a crucial role in providing 24x7 support and management of incidents in a production environment, ensuring that service level agreements are met to support clients and the company's business requirements. You will serve as the focal point for incident review and escalation when necessary. Additionally, you will support a computer operations environment that meets service level agreements and availability targets.
