Job Description

SUMMARY Job Title : Machine Operator Department : Production --- Industry : Tyre Manufacturing MNC Job Description : Operate and supervise production machinery following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Modify machine settings to ensure optimal performance and high-quality output. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as required. Production Processes : Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products. Adhere to production schedules and meet daily targets. Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Quality Control : Conduct regular quality checks during production. Report any product defects or inconsistencies. Ensure compliance with the company's quality standards. Safety and Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary. Promptly report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors. --- Shifts : 7 AM to 3 PM 3 PM to 11 PM 11 PM to 7 AM Workweek : 6 days/week with 1 rotating day off Shift Allowance : 30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month) NOTE - Applications are welcome from all over India except those from UP & Bihar Selection Process : Interviews : Conducted online Medical Test : Mandatory post-selection Requirements Requirements: : Qualification : ITI/Diploma (Year of completion: 2020 onwards) Age : 18-25 years Gender : Male & Female Health Requirements : Candidates should not have undergone any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal. Experience : Freshers Documents Required : Resume 10th and 12th mark sheets ITI/Diploma mark sheets and certificates Provisional and Transfer certificates Aadhar Card, PAN Card Bank account details (can be opened at the plant if needed) 5 Passport-size photos Benefits Stipend : 17,000 per month for Diploma holders 16,000 per month for ITI holders
