Job Description

SUMMARY Job Opening: Production Machine Operator Department: Production --- Industry: Tyre Manufacturing MNC Job Description: Machine Operator Responsibilities: Operate and oversee production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Adjust machine configurations to ensure optimal performance and high-quality output. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed. Production Process Duties: Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products. Adhere to production schedules and achieve daily targets. Inspect products to verify compliance with quality standards. Quality Control Tasks: Conduct regular quality checks during production. Report any product defects or inconsistencies. Ensure adherence to the company's quality standards. Safety and Compliance Responsibilities: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary. Promptly report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors. Shifts: 7 AM to 3 PM 3 PM to 11 PM 11 PM to 7 AM Workweek: 6 days/week with 1 rolling day off Shift Allowance: 30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month) Note: Pan India Candidates can apply except UP & Bihar Interviews: Conducted online Medical Test: Mandatory post-selection Requirements Requirements: Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Graduated in 2020 or later) Age: 18-25 years Gender: Open to all Health Requirements: Candidates should not have undergone any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be within normal range. Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply Documents Required: Resume 10th and 12th mark sheets ITI/Diploma mark sheets and certificates Provisional and Transfer certificates Aadhar Card, PAN Card Bank account details (can be opened at the plant if needed) 5 Passport-size photos Benefits Stipend : 17,000 per month for Diploma holders 16,000 per month for ITI holders
