SUMMARY Job Description Role : Machine Operator - Production Department Industry : Tyre Manufacturing MNC Key Responsibilities Machine Operation : Operate and supervise production machinery following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and high-quality output. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot machinery when necessary. Production Processes : Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products. Adhere to production schedules and meet daily targets. Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Quality Control : Conduct regular quality assessments during production. Report any product defects or irregularities. Ensure adherence to the company's quality standards. Safety and Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Immediately report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors Selection Process Interviews : Conducted online Medical Test : Mandatory post-selection Qualification : ITI/Diploma (Year of completion: 2020 onwards) Age : 18-25 years Gender : Male Height : Minimum 155 cm Weight : Minimum 50 kg *Health Requirements Requirements: : Candidates should not have undergone any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be within normal range. Experience : Freshers Documents Required : Resume 10th and 12th mark sheets ITI/Diploma mark sheets and certificates Provisional and Transfer certificates Aadhar Card, PAN Card Bank account details (can be opened at the plant if needed) 5 Passport-size photos Benefits Stipend : 17,000 per month for Diploma holders 16,000 per month for ITI holders
