This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn about fridge door gaskets and contribute to our repair and maintenance services. The Assistant Technician will support the Lead Technician in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing fridge door gaskets, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Support Repairs: Assist in the inspection, removal, and installation of fridge door gaskets under the supervision of a Lead Technician. Learn Techniques: Participate in training sessions to develop skills in gasket repair and installation.   Tool Management: Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; ensure all tools are accounted for after each job.   Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.   Inventory Management: Help track and manage inventory of gasket materials and supplies.   Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site. Documentation: Assist in documenting repair processes and maintaining records of work performed.
