Position: Technician Department: Service Company: S.P Wheels – Royal Enfield Dealership Key Responsibilities: Assist senior technicians in motorcycle servicing, repair, and maintenance work. Perform basic tasks such as oil change, washing, tightening, periodic service support, and part replacement under supervision. Learn diagnostic procedures and follow workshop guidelines and safety standards. Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure cleanliness of the work area. Support in preparing job cards and updating basic service-related documentation. Follow Royal Enfield standard operating procedures and quality checklists. Actively participate in training sessions and skill development programs provided by the dealership. Skills & Qualifications: ITI / Diploma (Automobile, Mechanical, or related trade). Basic knowledge of motorcycle components and servicing. Willingness to learn, work hard, and grow in a technical career. Good attitude, discipline, and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism
