Infinity Quality Services (IQS) is a premier provider of Inspection and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) services based in India. Renowned for its expertise, IQS offers a comprehensive range of inspection, NDE, and training solutions, conducted by ASNT-certified technicians and instructors. Services include Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Dimensional Inspections, Visual Inspections, and specialized assessments for equipment and industrial components. With a strong focus on quality and precision, IQS supports industries in maintaining safety and reliability. Training sessions and inspections are offered either on-site or in dedicated classrooms.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sankrail for an ITI Fresher. The candidate will assist in performing various inspections, Non-Destructive Examination (NDE), and quality assurance tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians. Day-to-day responsibilities include ultrasonic flaw detection, thickness gauging, magnetic particle inspection, penetrant testing, dimensional checks, and other related inspection duties across equipment and industrial components. The role may involve working with casting, forging, welding, and automobile parts inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of inspection techniques such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and Penetrant Testing (PT)
Understanding of dimensional inspection and visual inspection methods
Technical background with ITI certification in relevant fields such as mechanical, electrical, or similar disciplines
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team under qualified supervisors
Attention to detail and commitment to precision in inspection tasks
Prior experience or knowledge of industrial equipment and parts like static/rotary equipment, castings, forgings, and other components is an advantage
Good communication and basic report-writing skills
