Job Summary:

Elevator Service Technician (ITI)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine

  preventive maintenance

  of elevators as per schedule.
• Attend

  breakdown calls

  promptly and ensure minimum downtime.
• Conduct

  safety checks

  and inspections to ensure elevators meet quality and safety standards.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults in elevator systems.
• Replace faulty parts like relays, contactors, sensors, ropes, or panels as needed.
• Maintain service records, checklists, and customer feedback reports.
• Support the installation team for new elevator erections when required.
• Coordinate with service supervisors and report maintenance status regularly.
• Follow

  safety protocols

  and company guidelines during all service activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:

  ITI (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Fitter)

• Experience:

  1–3 years of experience in elevator maintenance

• Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of elevator control panels, wiring, and safety systems
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and troubleshoot control systems
• Familiar with various elevator brands and components

Other Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Willing to travel to different sites as required
