Job Overview:Sattva Human Pvt. Ltd. is hiring ITI-qualified candidates for the position of Installer / Technician. The selected candidates will handle installation, wiring, and maintenance of smart meters and electrical systems across Uttar Pradesh and nearby areas. The company provides on-site training and technical support to all selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities:· Install and connect smart energy meters at customer locations.
· Post meter installation, ensuring completion of MI process in WFM application.
· Carry out proper wiring, testing, and ensure meter functionality.
· Follow all safety and quality standards during field operations.
· Maintain accurate installation records and submit daily progress reports.
· Coordinate with the supervisor and warehouse for material issuance and return.
· Handle tools, safety equipment, and materials responsibly.
Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: ITI (Electrical / Wireman / Electronics)
Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in electrical work.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and equipment handling.
- Understanding of field safety procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on outdoor field sites in and around Uttar Pradesh.
Other Details:Working Days: 6 days a week (as per project schedule)
Salary: Fixed salary Upto 13k + incentive + PF, ESIC
Training: Provided by the company (on-site practical training).

Mandatory:Bike: Candidate must have their own two-wheeler (bike is compulsory for field visits).
Documents Required: Candidate must carry copies of ITI Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, DL, and recent passport-size photo during selection/joining.

कार्य का अवलोकन:सत्वा ह्यूमन प्रा. लि. आईटीआई (ITI) योग्य उम्मीदवारों को इंस्टॉलर / टेक्नीशियन पद के लिए नियुक्त कर रही है। चयनित उम्मीदवार उत्तर प्रदेश और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में स्मार्ट मीटर एवं विद्युत प्रणाली की इंस्टॉलेशन, वायरिंग और मेंटेनेंस का कार्य संभालेंगे। कंपनी द्वारा सभी चयनित उम्मीदवारों को ऑन-साइट ट्रेनिंग और तकनीकी सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:ग्राहकों के स्थान पर स्मार्ट एनर्जी मीटर की इंस्टॉलेशन और कनेक्शन करना।
मीटर इंस्टॉलेशन के बाद WFM एप्लिकेशन में MI प्रक्रिया पूरी करना।
उचित वायरिंग, परीक्षण (टेस्टिंग) और मीटर की कार्यक्षमता सुनिश्चित करना।
फील्ड ऑपरेशन के दौरान सभी सेफ्टी और क्वालिटी मानकों का पालन करना।
इंस्टॉलेशन रिकॉर्ड्स को सही तरीके से बनाए रखना और दैनिक प्रगति रिपोर्ट जमा करना।
सुपरवाइजर और वेयरहाउस टीम से सामग्री (Material) की इश्यू और रिटर्न कोऑर्डिनेट करना।
उपकरणों, सुरक्षा किट और सामग्रियों का जिम्मेदारीपूर्वक उपयोग करना।
योग्यता मानदंड:शैक्षणिक योग्यता: आईटीआई (इलेक्ट्रिकल / वायरमैन / इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स)
अनुभव: फ्रेशर या अधिकतम 2 वर्ष का विद्युत कार्य का अनुभव।
आवश्यक कौशल:विद्युत वायरिंग और उपकरणों की मूल जानकारी।
फील्ड सेफ्टी प्रक्रियाओं की समझ।
अच्छी संचार (कम्युनिकेशन) और टीमवर्क कौशल।
उत्तर प्रदेश और आसपास के फील्ड साइट्स पर काम करने की इच्छा।
अन्य विवरण:कार्य दिवस: सप्ताह में 6 दिन (प्रोजेक्ट शेड्यूल के अनुसार)
वेतन: स्थायी वेतन ₹13,000 तक + इंसेंटिव + PF, ESIC
ट्रेनिंग: कंपनी द्वारा ऑन-साइट प्रैक्टिकल ट्रेनिंग प्रदान की जाएगी।
नौकरी का प्रकार: पूर्णकालिक (Full-time)
अनिवार्य:बाइक: उम्मीदवार के पास अपनी दोपहिया वाहन (बाइक) होना आवश्यक है।
