Mission: We are seeking a Front Office IT Solution and deployment Lead (Perm & Staffing) with knowledge in CRM, Recruitment process, Job search and match, Salesforce technology stack and expertise on all candidate and client related process areas that will help to lead our FO transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Front Office operations, coupled with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing FO solutions. This role will be responsible for driving the solution designing for India Market working closely with the global FO teams, understand the specific market needs to translate to functional & technical design, integration with other local solutions (eg., Middle office / Back office etc.,), drive end-to-end FO process improvements which includes implementation, system integration w/ existing MO & BO solutions, enhancements, and user adoption to achieve business objectives and maximize value from our front office solution investments. Key Responsibilities : Work closely with Global FO team, APAC market leads to develop solution that meets the needs of the Front office. Contributes to architecture design of Core IT solutions related to front office processes. Explore solution capabilities along with global teams to fulfil new business requirements. Understand in depth solution implementation to guide decisions during fit-gap analysis. Design solution enhancement and follow-up on the build activities with development teams. Review/ Validate solution design performed by third parties. Interact with business User / global FO IT to understand expectations and requirements Produce details system requirements (both functional and non-functional) document to be used in the design process. Review estimates for new requirements. Produce and record all methodology-related deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and meet audits requirements. Provide consultation and recommendations for improvements, new solutions and problem management. Understand and influence Configuration / Scope implemented by Rollout teams. Liaise with vendors / editors to ensure appropriate resolution of issues raised by business users. Ability to provide guidance to help with complex incidents, problems resolution. Monitor the performance and adoption of the system and identify areas for improvement, working on continuous optimization and efficiency gains.
