Administer and support PMS Opera and other hospitality applications (POS, financial systems, guest services tools). Handle IT asset management, upgrades, vendor coordination, and project executions. Conduct regular DR drills and maintain updated BCP/DR documentation. Key Skills Required Minimum 5 years’ IT experience in hospitality (chain hotels preferred). Strong expertise in PMS Opera and hotel applications. Knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, cloud, and MDM. Excellent troubleshooting, vendor management, and communication skills.
