Software Developer I | Software Development (AM & DM Level) About Information Technology: The Information Technology at Axis Bank aims to enable sophisticated product development, better market infrastructure, implementation of reliable techniques for control of risks and to help the financial intermediaries to reach geographically distant and diversified markets About the Role: The Software Developer Level 1 (SDE1) position is an entry-level role focused on executing clearly defined tasks, learning development processes, and contributing to software projects under close supervision. Assist in design and code in multiple tech components related to your functional area. Learn the best practices and design principles and patterns to make the code-base maintainable and extensible. You must also develop a deep understanding of non-functional requirements, such as reliability and availability, scale, horizontal scalability etc over time and make tech stack decisions accordingly. Key Responsibilities: Implement features and modules based on detailed specifications and designs. Independently come up with different solutions. Writing code, debugging, testing and documenting software components. Participate in code reviews and design discussions. Collaborate with teams by contributing to the shared vision and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications: Education : BTech / M Tech Experience : 2-4 yrs Role Proficiencies: Process: API, Version Control, JIRA | Agile Technical: FullStack Development - React, Nodejs |Java, Springboot | Database - Postgress or Oracle Good To Have: CI/CD Tools | Cloud Computing - AWS Preferred | Webservers - Nginix, Apache | Data Structures and Algorithms | Human: Interest to Learn | Attention to detail #ComeAsYouAre We are dil se open.
