Job Description

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Software Asset Management.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically SAM Pro and Certificate
Management modules. Strong understanding of software licensing models (perpetual, subscription, SaaS).
Experience with CMDB management and integrations with Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow
Discovery. Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management.
Experience with scripting and automation in ServiceNow (e.g., Business Rules, Workflows).
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles related to certificate management.
Experience in enterprise environments with large-scale software deployments.

Manage and optimize software assets across the organization using ServiceNow SAM Pro.
Maintain accurate records of software licenses, entitlements, and usage to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
Administer and enhance the Certificate Management module in ServiceNow, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to manage digital certificates and software licensing lifecycle.
Integrate ServiceNow with tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Discovery for automated asset tracking and reconciliation.
Maintain and improve CMDB data quality, ensuring accurate relationships and dependencies.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into software usage, compliance, and optimization opportunities.
Support audits and ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ITAM/SAM framework.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Asset Analyst with extensive experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing software licenses, certificates, and integrations with enterprise tools such as Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow Discovery.
