Role: Tech Trainer

Experience: 3+ Yrs

Location: Udaipur 

At Kadel Labs, we are looking for a dedicated Tech Trainer to guide and mentor our interns. This role is focused on shaping young talent, ensuring discipline, and tracking performance effectively.

Role Highlights:

• Mentor interns & assign courses
• Track performance, attendance & discipline
• Conduct tests & assessments
• Identify high performers for full-time roles and manage exits
• Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching within an IT institute is a plus, with solid tech expertise
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Experience in IT/Tech or services industry.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Technology or related field is required.
