Role Description

As an IT Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions to students, focusing on:

• Fundamental IT concepts
• E-Learning methodologies
• Windows operating systems
• Other relevant technical topics

This role is pivotal in equipping students with the necessary skills to enhance their employability in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Conduct engaging and informative classroom sessions on IT fundamentals.
• Utilize e-learning tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience.
• Provide hands-on training on Windows OS and related software applications.
• Develop and update training materials and curricula as needed.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure cohesive training delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:-

• Proficiency in Information Technology concepts and applications.
• Experience with e-learning tools and digital teaching methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and adapt training content.
• Relevant certifications in IT or Education are advantageous.

Educational Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Teaching certifications or additional qualifications in education are a plus.
