IT Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Trainee to join our team. As a Basic IT Trainee, you will support the IT department in providing technical assistance and ensuring smooth operations of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IT field while working with experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities: Assist in setting up and configuring computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Provide basic technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. Help troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Assist in installing and updating software applications. Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates on IT systems. Help in managing and organizing IT inventory, including equipment and software licenses. Assist in maintaining data backups and ensuring data security. Support the IT team in managing the company’s network and server infrastructure. Document technical processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Perform other IT-related tasks as required by the IT department. Qualifications: Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with common software tools. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required).
