Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident IT Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and promoting our IT services, including website development and digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Explain our IT services and generate interest.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database.
• Maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT services like websites, software, and digital marketing.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
• Experience in telecalling or customer support preferred.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 (Training period: 3 months, no paid leave)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
