Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Telecaller to join our team in Kochi. The role involves connecting with potential clients, promoting IT services, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads to promote IT products and services (Web Development, App Development, Software Solutions, etc.).
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our offerings.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain an updated database of customer contacts and call records.
• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages to close opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during client interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or in a similar role (IT industry experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain IT services effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
• Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
