IT Technician

As an IT Software Executive at our company, your role involves providing technical support for software and hardware issues. You will be responsible for assisting in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems and applications. Your tasks will also include maintaining and updating company software systems to ensure smooth operation. Collaborating with internal teams for software testing, documentation, and updates will be an essential part of your responsibilities. In addition, you may need to handle minor hardware troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors if required. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for software and hardware issues. - Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems and applications. - Maintain and update company software systems for smooth operation. - Collaborate with internal teams for software testing, documentation, and updates. - Handle minor hardware troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors if needed. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of IT software. - Good understanding of computer hardware, networking, and system configuration. - Basic knowledge of databases, web technologies, or scripting languages is a plus. - Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Qualifications: - B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or IT - MCA (Master of Computer Applications) In terms of working hours, for full-time employees, the schedule is from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. For part-time employees, flexible timing is available with a minimum of 4 hours per day. The job requires you to be able to commute or relocate to Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, before starting work. A total of 2 years of work experience is preferred for this position. This is a full-time job that requires in-person work at the office.,
