Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technician located in Kolkata. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting various IT issues, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. Additional daily tasks include assisting with customer service inquiries, training staff on new technologies, and implementing and maintaining information technology systems.

Qualifications

Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Experience in Information Technology and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Experience in Dialer
Experience in Networking and Hardware
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications and an IT-related degree are advantages
