IT Technician

As an IT Technician, your role will involve installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You should possess strong problem-solving skills and be capable of working independently. Key Responsibilities: - Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. - Diagnose and resolve IT issues (hardware, software, and network-related) through troubleshooting. - Maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and security systems. - Provide technical support to employees and address IT-related queries. - Perform regular system updates and backups to ensure data integrity. - Safeguard network security and data from potential cyber threats. - Document technical problems and solutions for future reference. - Assist in setting up new workstations, email accounts, and user access control. - Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software purchases and repairs. Requirements: - Proven experience in an IT Technician or similar role. - Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking. - Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. - Familiarity with IT security practices and troubleshooting methodologies. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. In this role, you will be required to work in US Shift from the office. Additionally, the work location is in person. Please note that the company provides food as a benefit.
