IT Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for an IT Technician. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining the company's IT systems. Daily tasks include assisting employees with IT-related problems, performing regular system maintenance, and ensuring data security. Additionally, the IT Technician will train staff on new technologies and software to improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Experience in Information Technology and maintaining IT systems
• Strong Customer Service skills to assist staff with IT-related issues
• Ability to provide Training on new technologies and software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant certifications in IT or related fields are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
