IT Team Leader

As a highly skilled Team Lead specializing in NodeJS and React JS, you will be a valuable addition to our team. Your proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL, along with a proven track record in architecture and troubleshooting, will be essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to MySQL/PostgreSQL, demonstrating a deep understanding of React.js and its core principles, and collaborating with the Project Management team to assess new functionality requests. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, resolving complex issues, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team, and actively participating in the design and development of new systems. To excel in this role, you must have strong expertise in MySQL/PostgreSQL and NodeJS/React JS, experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux, and a deep knowledge of React.js and Node.js. Familiarity with Restful APIs, Linux, command line interface, and version control systems like GIT is also required. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead. This full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work hours are from Monday to Friday, with a day shift. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience as a team leader, 3 years of experience with React.js and Node.js (MongoDB and Express.js experience preferred). The work location is in person.
