Troubleshooting, managing of server hardware and Operating system related issues. Responsible for testing and upgrading windows patches on regular basis. Monitoring and administrating Server, network equipment, Backup application. Configuration and maintenance of Backup Policy and knowledge of backup tools. Installation, configure and troubleshoot network end devices and windows software. Engineers. Monitor and maintain computer networks. You need to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues by understanding the nub of the problems. Creating and maintaining updated documentation. Working with technical support services to develop solutions to problems with various products' support departments, including ISPs and hardware & software manufacturers. Extensive experience with active directory, Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues.
