IT System Administrator

You will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization. You will troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues. Your strong oral communication skills will be essential to gather information from employees and explain complex technical concepts in a simple language. Additionally, your multitasking skills will enable you to assist multiple employees at once. Key Responsibilities: - Perform regular backup failure monitoring with existing management tools and implement appropriate processes on failover procedures. - Ensure that all desktop applications, patches, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions. - Conduct routine and scheduled audits of all systems. - Assist teams with antivirus (Cortex) related issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure their systems are protected from malware and other security threats. - Install and configure third-party software utilities for hardware systems within company operational guidelines. - Have basic knowledge of server clusters, SCCM, and cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Office365. - Provide training as required.
