In this role, your primary responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proficiency in MS Office/Outlook, Email Configuration, and Backup procedures - Possessing expertise in troubleshooting Android & I-OS mobile operating systems, Mail & Apps, and familiarity with Ticket processes, SLA, and Escalation Matrix - Managing Asset/inventory records, including movements, and demonstrating knowledge of Patch management and Antivirus Troubleshooting - Handling troubleshooting and installation of Network MFD Printers - Upholding awareness of Information security policies and ensuring adherence - Exposure to basic network troubleshooting, VPN, and Remote Support coordination - Collaborating with IT vendors for warranty support and call logging - Hands-on experience in managing Windows File Server, Backup, and Restoration procedures To excel in this role, you should exhibit: - Demonstrated commitment to service excellence - Ability to thrive in a remote work environment - Strong written and oral communication skills - Energetic and driven personality Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting Windows and MAC OS Join us at Epsilon, where your technical expertise and proactive mindset will contribute to creating exceptional customer experiences and driving business success.,
