Job Title: IT Support Technician (IT System Assistant)

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our IT team as an IT Support Technician. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of IT systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide first-level technical support to end-users (in person, by phone, or via email).
• Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
• Install and configure new workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
• Support regular data backups and system updates.
• Document IT issues and resolutions in the help desk system.
• Assist with system upgrades, patch management, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of IT workspaces and storage.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in IT is a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals).
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux and/or macOS environments.
• Familiarity with common office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
