Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops. Configure, install, and maintain CCTV systems. Setup and configure various types of printers (network and local). Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees or clients. Maintain documentation of all support activities. Coordinate with vendors if required for hardware/software replacements. Requirements: Proven experience in laptop troubleshooting. Knowledge of CCTV installation and configuration. Experience in printer installation and configuration. Basic understanding of networking will be an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication and customer handling skills. Preferred Qualification: Diploma/Certification in IT, Hardware & Networking, or relevant field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
