Job Description

Supervise and support daily operations of the IT department, including help desk, systems, and network administration. Lead, coach, and manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development. Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime, availability, and security. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, support, and maintenance of IT assets. Manage IT projects, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
